My name is Matthias, and I am 14 years old. I live in Rebecq, a village 20 km from Brussels. I live in the French part of Belgium, but I go to school in the Flemish part. I speak both languages.
Who is your role model and why?
The person I look up to is the well-known YouTuber ‘Average Rob’, because he makes Belgium better known on social media. He does this in a funny way. He helps reduce division in Belgium. He connects young people without distinguishing between their origins or beliefs. He uses social media, music, and events to make a difference. He is also very athletic and is an example for top athletes.
One dream you wish comes true. State why.
I would like to become famous one day because I will have discovered or done something special. This could be about the climate problem, or discovering a new animal species… I don’t know yet what this could be, but it would definitely have something to do with protecting animals
or the planet. By becoming famous, I would get sponsors who could help me more with my project. I also hope to meet good, reliable people who want to work with me to develop these projects.
